    Liv is a genuinely caring person.. She is incredibly conscientious and sensitive to the needs of every one on our team. She is a cheerleader and encourager. She clearly articulates a strategy, the steps necessary to accomplish an event or project and is ontop of managing the details necessary to accomplish an event. She's a foot washer.     We tripled our volunteer base. Tripled the amount of new Night Church attenders from across Chicagoland. We implemented new operations and promotion systems and stabilized our daily discipleship attendance increasing it 4 times.
